A highly sought-after trainer and coach, Dr. RenukaGautam is known to evaluate and conduct an in-depth needs assessment for her audience to focus on key areas of improvement to achieve the desired results.
Dr. RenukaGautam began her career as a Corporate Trainer after more than a decade of global experience in MNCs. Dr. Gautam honed her skills from years of cultivating team-building at institutions such as Embassy of India, Ankara, Turkey, GE Capital international Services, Genpact and others. Working with partners from different countries, cultures and languages shaped her and polished her understanding of how to maximise diverse perspectives.
Dr. RenukaGautam conducts leadership seminar series & corporate workshops for professionals as well as industrialists. Few outstanding trainings include Presentation Skills, Speak to Influence- a training on Public Speaking, MS-Excel, Grooming Techniques and Sales Masterclass. She helps her audience to polish their skills and groom their overall personality.
Dr. RenukaGautam also associated herself with an NGO and provided technical education to the deprived section of the society, thathelped many people to get jobs in MNCs. She also wrote several technical books for them. Some of her books are part of the curriculum of B.Sc (Computer Science), and B.Tech in CCS University, UP.
Dr. RenukaGautam completed her academics from various countries like UK, USA, India, Iraq, Kuwait, and Turkey. She is also a holder of ‘Systems Engineer’ Degree from National Institute of Information Technology. She also holds a ‘Microsoft Certified Professional’ certification.
Dr. RenukaGautam is also a proud Rotarian, whose motto in life is ’Service above Self’.
